Our program will mainly focus on identifying children’s strengths and weakness. Our program is a blend of Montessori, Traditional and Shoshin style, where we provide a stimulating environment with opportunities for children to develop their talent, skill and knowledge and help them overcome their weakness. This is a proven program where several children have been benefited over the years. We welcome you to Little Scholars Academy

Today when different cultures are coming under one roof, this approach will open new ways of childhood education, so that in spite of being children from different cultures, they can get the maximum benefit.

Every child is unique and children learn differently. So, there is no one method to teach all children.

Montessori Approach:

It’s a specific child-centric method of education that involves child led activities (referred to as “work”), classrooms with children of varying ages and teachers who encourage independence among their pupils.

We follow this approach and some benefits of Montessori education include:

Traditional:

Traditional teaching is concerned with the teacher being the guide of the learning environment in a conventional classroom set up. While we give a lesson, we ensure that every child understands the concepts. We focus on Handwriting; letter and number concepts; spelling, grammar and comprehension. We found that, it is very effective on some children. Teachers may have trouble letting students pick their own activities and some students deal well in a traditional classroom structure.

Shoshin method:

Shoshin translates into beginner’s mind. This beginner’s mind is the act of having an open mind, letting go of all preconceived notions, and looking at things from a fresh perspective.
